Challenges of a Multigenerational Workforce

In today workforce we are in the midst of either have been blessed or cursed by having the five generations in today’s workplace. Blessed with the range of perspectives and experience, or cursed with the apparent clash of values and work ethics. This evidence based class will explore the characteristics of each generation in today’s workplace, describe how the talents and knowledge of this rich and diverse workforce be harnessed and look at how the workplace needs of each generation is really so different or not. This class will focus on these issues as well as ideas for helping the workplace be one that not only attracts the best workers, but keeps workers – in as much harmony as possible.
