This course will focus on effective ways to handle difficult situations and help reach positive resolutions. It will explore how and why conflicts occur, the difference between healthy and unhealthy conflicts, when to become involved in a conflict, and what specific steps to take to effect resolution. Participants will learn to review the conflict resolution process and to identify, defuse and solve problems. This course will teach how to create your own conflict resolution management program that builds win-win solutions for all parties, and how to build trust among your staff so as to foster a cooperative attitude in which differences are tolerated and appreciated.
